Process Overview / How to get started:
To Start, simply go to http://www.OrderlyMeds.com and click 'Start Today'. Our full process is as follows:
1) Confirm eligibility by completing the form here: https://orderlymeds.com/Eligibility
2) Product Purchase online
3) Health Screening online
4) Medical Team Reviews your information for a prescription, and answers any questions you have - all via text
5) Prescription is approved or denied. If denied, we immediately issue a full 100% refund no hidden fees. If approved, our pharmacy ships out the medication (we don't ship Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

The whole process takes up to 8-10 business days from start to finish. Please note that our pharmacies do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so those days do not count in the total number. After that every month you will get a check in email/text from us to provide a few pieces of updated information and we will write you another prescription. You will be provided an online patient portal for canceling your subscription and updating your information at any time.

Why Do You Require Payment Before Receiving the Medication:
The reason we request payment before completing the medical screening process is to streamline the overall experience for our clients. By collecting payment upfront, we can ensure that all necessary resources are in place to conduct a thorough and efficient screening. This approach helps us maintain a high standard of service and provide timely results to our clients. We want to assure you that your payment is safeguarded and will be fully refunded in the event that you are not eligible for our services or choose to opt out before the completion of the screening process. At OrderlyMeds, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide transparent and reliable service at every stage of your interaction with us.

Photo Verifications:
When you sign up for OrderlyMeds, you will be asked to upload a government-issued form of identification. This is not only for security reasons, but also to protect against fraud. If your billing address differs from your license, you will be asked to submit additional proof of your address. Again, this is to ensure extra safety around fraud and ultimately protect you, the customer.

Your Text Consults
Photo Verifications:
We offer easy, physician text-based consultations. Because of this form of consult, compared to a video consult, our healthcare provider is now requiring new patients to submit a full body photo at time of consult. While initially, to some, may seem "odd", please note that it is part of the Telemed process. This is no different from when you physically see your physician in person in their office as well as on Telemed video call where they can actually see you live. The only difference is: you never have to leave your house and can have your consult at a time that works best for you and your busy schedule. For those that are currently on the meds and processing a refill and were asked to submit a photo, please know that we have reached out to our partners to ask if this is also a new requirement on refills.

Why do we prefer text consults?
Many have wondered why some physicians may message at many hours of of the day and on the weekends and it is because with the ease of text consults, they have the flexibility to do so. (Also take into consideration the time zone differences and a physician may be located in a 3-hour time zone difference than you.) It means that a physician can have a consult with you during their off hours while working in their practices, in between patients and for many, while working late night shifts in hospitals.

What this means for you, the patient, is it allows them to see you MUCH faster than a scheduling a video consult or seeing them in person. Before starting this company, we were customers of what is now our competition and one of our largest complaints, aside from poor customer service, was that it took 6-12 weeks JUST to get an initial video consult appointment with a physician and even then, there were limited times to choose from. This meant that if something arose during the the day, (as they oftentimes do) and we could no longer attend our appointment, we lost our "time slot" and were moved EVEN further back in the process. It meant that by the time our prescription was then sent off to the pharmacy to get filled, it was 2+ months from our initial point of contact with the company—before even actually starting on the meds! With our easy text consult, the total time of our process from start to finish, is approximately 8-12 business days (compared to 2+ months with others).

Again, this was one of our goals when we started this company: to not only get you affordable meds with great customer service, but to make sure you could have them as quick as possible.

Semaglutide Starter Program:
If you are starting out on Semaglutide, you will be on our Semaglutide Starter 7-week program. The first 4 weeks you will be on .25mg for 4 weeks (the “Semaglutide Starter” dose).

To avoid confusion, please carefully review the prescription your physician sent and ONLY follow the indicated UNITS they prescribed to you. Simply draw up the amount of units as indicated on your syringe. No calculating necessary! Also, please note, that while the amount of liquid may appear as though there is not enough—it is an optical illusion. There is enough for the full amount of weeks you are prescribed (we promise)!

Why are starter doses important?
They gently ease your body into the medication before the next higher dose. Because of that, some people may not see full effects and benefits up until (and through) their 2nd month. Don’t worry—it does not mean the medication is not working, it simply, takes time and this is part of the process.

HELPFUL TIPS: If your medication comes from the following pharmacies:
• Hallandale or Anazoa, your vial will contain 3 additional doses for your 2nd month (in the SAME vial - the additional doses will be to cover when you increase strength the next month if you choose to do so). Note, you are only charged for your first month to start. You will still complete your normal check in, and your doctor will tell you how many units to take for those next 3 weeks, the only difference is, you already have your next 3 doses on hand so you’re good to go!

• RedRock Pharmacy (CA Residences): Your vial will contain extra doses in there which will be near the end of their BUD date. You will complete your normal 2-month check in as the group above does and be charged for this 2nd month, the ONLY difference is, you will not have your 2nd month already on-hand. Instead, after you finish your physician consult, they will send out for your 2nd month of prescriptions and process for shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is the only partner that will ship to CA and they do not offer the same as the other 2 pharmacies. There is no difference in the charges OR the amount of meds received.

At the end of your first month, you will prepare for month 2. You may choose from one of the three options below:
1.) Continue on Semaglutide and either stay at the same starter dose (.25mg) or move up to the next dose (.5mg which you will take from the vial you already have. The .5mg will be an increase in Units (volume) of the injection based on directions from your medical team and/or pharmacy.) At this time, you will be charged for your 2nd month upon check in. You will receive a text from a physician with dosing instructions, just as you received when you started. (For those who have the extra doses (Hallandale/Anazoa Pharmacies) this means you can immediately start your 5th week. For those who do not, (RedRock) this is when you would have communication about receiving your next set of doses that will be shipped to you) Note: You are not receiving any less medication, the only difference is that you do not already have them on hand. If this option 1 is your choice, and you would like to know what happens for month three, see the section labeled ‘What happens for your 3rd month’ below.

2.) Switch to Tirzepatide. We have seen many decide to make the switch after their first month on Semaglutide. Many benefit from less side effects, while others do great! At this time, you will be charged the new monthly price of $399 for your 2nd month upon check in. You will receive a text from a physician with dosing instructions just as you received when you started and they will send in a script to have your next month shipped to you.

3.) End your journey with OrderlyMeds and cancel your treatment plan. We’ll be sad to see you go, and hope you enjoy the last extra doses of meds.

What happens for your 3rd month (For those who chose option 1 above and want to know what’s next:
• Hallandale/Anazoa: In month 2, you will receive a check in notification for your 3rd month. Since you had the extra medication on hand, your 3rd month vial will include your 4th dose to be used in month 2, along with the next 4 doses for month 3 (a total of 5 doses). The dosage of the medication for your 3rd month is determined based on your request with the physician: if you want to stay on your 2nd month dose: 0.5mg or increase to 1mg. When you do this check in is when you will be charged for month 3 and your physician will send in your prescription.

• RedRock: You will complete month 3 check in same as you did in month 2. Your vials have 4 doses in them once again. Upon your check in is when you will get charged for your 3rd month and at this time you will determine if you want to stay on your month 2 dose of 0.5mg or increase to 1mg. Once you advise with your physician, they send off the prescription to the pharmacy to get filled.

What's next: In the next 2-6 business days you'll receive an email with your shipping information. Please note: Pharmacies do not ship on Friday-Sunday, so those do not count in the “business days” and to please allow ample time.

How do GLP-1 Agonists work?
GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide 1) agonists are well-known for their effectiveness not only with diabetes management, but also with weight loss.
GLP-1 agonists stimulate the receptor for the hormone glucagon-like peptide 1, which increases insulin production and satiety (or feelings of fullness). “A GLP-1 agonist releases in the gastrointestinal tract after a meal and travels to the hunger center of the brain, telling us we’re full,” explains Dr. Lent. “It will also slow down the movement of food though the stomach, a mechanism known as delayed gastric emptying, which makes us feel full longer.”

GLP-1 agonists currently approved for weight loss include Semaglutide and Ttirzepatide. The newest diabetes medication, Tirzepatide, on the other hand, triggers two receptors, GLP-1 and Glucose- dependent Insulin Tropic Polypeptide (GIP), giving it a possible advantage.

Studies have shown that Tirzepatide is roughly twice as effective as Semaglutide.

What medication do you carry:

We provide 3 types of GLP-1 medications which are all compounded versions based off the name brand options, with the similar chemical formulation. Compounded Semaglutide and Compounded Tirzepatide.

Sublingual Compounded Semaglutide; comes in the form of a daily dose ranging from .25mg, .5mg or 1mg per dose.  The efficacy of the oral doses is less than the injections. The benefit is you get to avoid the injection and may experience less side effects due to it being a daily dose versus a once a week bolus.

Compounded Semaglutide doses range from .25mg to 2.5mg weekly and come in vials ranging in size. Your order comes with the necessary syringes and alcohol swabs. We recommend you order some additional syringes to have on hand should you bend the needle. You may order them here: https://a.co/d/8yd9340

Compounded Tirzepatide doses range from 2.5mg to 15mg weekly and come in vials ranging in size. We recommend you order some additional syringes to have on hand should you bend the needle. You may order them here: https://a.co/d/8yd9340
